About Charlie and Alex
We are sure you know us all by now... well enough to be invited to our wedding ;-)
But here's something you might not know.
After 2 years of being together we discovered that we had actually meet 19 years before our first date when Charlie was 6 and Alex was 8.
At Charlie's late beloved Grannies funeral the Smith family dragged out all the old photo albums only for Alex to recognise the background in a photo of 6 year old Charlie at a kids disco at Brean Sands holiday park.
Alex recognised the venue instantly after spending many a happy weeks in the school summer holidays there with his family.
After so further investigation and probing of our families we worked out that our childhood visits had actually coincided on 2 occasions.
While neither of us particularly remember each other from the kids club it is almost certain that we must have exchanged at least a smile and a few words years before our paths crossed by chance as adults.
The rest, as they say, is history!
